Easy Company Bot Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Company 506th PIR Gaming Community Bot ("Easy Company Bot" or "Bot") and related community services.

By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services.

2. About the Bot

Easy Company Bot is a private Discord bot operated for the Easy Company gaming community.

The Bot supports:

  • Community administration

  • Role management

  • Voice activity tracking

  • Supporter verification

  • Steam and game account verification

  • Game server access management

  • Feedback and nomination systems

  • Community reporting and statistics

  • Game server monitoring

Access to the Bot may be restricted to authorized community members.

3. Eligibility

To use the Bot, you must:

  • Have a valid Discord account

  • Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

  • Follow Easy Company community rules

  • Meet Discord's minimum age requirements

4. Voice Activity Tracking

By participating in voice channels where tracking is enabled, you acknowledge that the Bot may record voice-channel participation information, including join times, leave times, session duration, and participation statistics.

The Bot does not record or store voice audio.

5. Linked Accounts

Users may voluntarily provide Steam IDs, HLL IDs, Epic IDs, Patreon information, or other identifiers needed for verification and access management.

Users are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false verification information

  • Submit fraudulent nominations or impersonate other users

  • Abuse feedback, nomination, or reporting systems

  • Attempt to bypass access controls or verification systems

  • Exploit bugs or unintended functionality

  • Attempt unauthorized access to Bot systems or data

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or removal of access.

7. Administrative Use

Bot-generated records may be used by authorized staff for:

  • Community administration

  • Membership management

  • Promotions and demotions

  • Access control

  • Server access verification

  • Voice activity tracking

  • Moderation and dispute resolution

  • Operational reporting

8. Service Availability

The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Permanent data retention

  • Availability of specific features

Reports and tracking information may be affected by Discord outages, API limitations, permission changes, software bugs, or other technical issues.

Features may be modified, disabled, or removed at any time.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Abuse of community systems

  • Security concerns

  • Administrative decisions

  • Discontinuation of Services

10. Third-Party Services

The Bot may interact with third-party services including Discord, Patreon, Steam, Google services, BattleMetrics, and game server providers.

We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Company, its staff, administrators, moderators, developers, and operators shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost data, service interruptions, or third-party service failures arising from use of the Bot.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
