Easy Company 506th PIR Gaming Community Terms of Service

 

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Easy Company 506th PIR ("Easy Company", "the Community") community services, including the Easy Company Bot.

 

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services.

 

2. About the Services

​

Easy Company operates the Easy Company Bot for the Easy Company gaming community.

 

Easy Company provides:

 

- Community administration

- Role management

- Voice activity tracking

- Supporter verification

- Steam and game account verification

- Game server access management

- Feedback and nomination systems

- Community reporting and statistics

- Game server monitoring

 

Access to the Services may be restricted to authorized community members.

 

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

 

- Have a valid Discord account

- Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

- Follow Easy Company community rules

- Meet Discord's minimum age requirements

 

4. Voice Activity Tracking

​

By participating in voice channels where tracking is enabled, you acknowledge that Easy Company may record voice-channel participation information via the Easy Company Bot, including join times, leave times, session duration, and participation statistics.

 

Easy Company does not record or store voice audio via the Easy Company Bot.

 

5. Linked Accounts

 

Users may voluntarily provide Steam IDs, HLL IDs, Epic IDs, Patreon information, or other identifiers needed for verification and access management.

 

Users are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate.

 

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

 

- Submit false verification information

- Submit fraudulent nominations or impersonate other users

- Abuse feedback, nomination, or reporting systems

- Attempt to bypass access controls or verification systems

- Exploit bugs or unintended functionality

- Attempt unauthorized access to Easy Company systems or data

- Use the Services for unlawful purposes

 

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or removal of access.

 

7. Administrative Use

Records generated by Easy Company services may be used by authorized staff for:

 

- Community administration

- Membership management

- Promotions and demotions

- Access control

- Server access verification

- Voice activity tracking

- Moderation and dispute resolution

- Operational reporting

 

8. Service Availability

 

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

 

We do not guarantee:

 

- Continuous availability

- Error-free operation

- Permanent data retention

- Availability of specific features

 

Reports and tracking information may be affected by Discord outages, API limitations, permission changes, software bugs, or other technical issues.

 

Features may be modified, disabled, or removed at any time.

 

9. Suspension and Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for:

- Abuse of community systems

Easy Company services may interact with third-party services including Discord, Patreon, Steam, Google services, BattleMetrics, and game server providers.

 

We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Company, its staff, administrators, moderators, developers, and operators shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost data, service interruptions, or third-party service failures arising from use of the Services.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

 

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
